Customer Service and Logistics Administrator

Dental Axess is a young, dynamic, forward thinking company that provides digital dentistry solutions in Australia/New Zealand, Europe and North America. With a strong customer focus, we aim to provide the latest in dental technology as well as providing technical support to one of the largest dental CAD/CAM platforms used by dental laboratories, dental clinics and manufactures. With a solid and growing customer base Dental Axess are also expanding globally.

The role:

Our Sydney office has the need for a Customer Service and Logistics Administrator. With an expanding customer base a new role has been created to care for daily customer orders and the management of our stock. In addition, the role also includes varied tasks that will support the team in the office.

Duties include:

  • Data entry with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Management of Online Shop orders
  • Picking and appropriately packaging items for daily orders
  • Proper management of stock, ensuring items are correctly labelled, handled and placed
  • Monitoring inventory item levels and ensuring proper stock levels
  • Drafting purchase orders for approval
  • Liaising with customers on orders placed
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks
  • General Office support tasks


The applicant must have a positive approach and willing attitude. They should be able to be well organized and have the ability to multitask. An aptitude for IT and a willingness to learn is essential. Any experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Magento will also be helpful.
